At Rentagor, we aim to provide a transparent and fair rental experience for all customers. As a Montenegro-based car rental service, we offer flexible booking options and clear terms for cancellations, refunds, and returns. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


1. Booking and Payment Terms

Currently, all payments for vehicle rentals are completed in person at our office during vehicle pick-up. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. We do not accept online payments through our website.

As such, refund and return conditions apply only to in-office transactions and confirmed bookings made through our website’s contact or booking forms.


2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. You can cancel your reservation without any charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the pick-up time may be subject to a late cancellation fee, especially during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

  • No-show bookings (when the customer does not arrive at the scheduled time and provides no prior notice) may be subject to a full-day rental charge.

3. Refund Policy

Since payments are made in person at the time of vehicle handover, refunds generally do not apply unless:

  • The vehicle is not available as promised due to technical issues or operational failure on our part.

  • The rental agreement is canceled by Rentagor due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such rare cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement vehicle of similar or better class (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund of any deposit or amount paid at our office.

All approved refunds will be processed via the same method used at the time of payment (cash/card).


4. Early Returns

If a vehicle is returned before the agreed drop-off time, partial refunds may be considered based on the following:

  • The reason for early return (e.g. emergency, personal decision, etc.)

  • The remaining rental period

  • Minimum rental duration policy (e.g., 2-day minimum may still apply)

Refunds for early returns are not guaranteed and are granted at the discretion of Rentagor management.


5. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

Returned vehicles must be in the same condition as at the time of pick-up, excluding reasonable wear and tear. Any damage, excessive dirt, or policy violations may result in additional charges, which are non-refundable.


6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or experienced an issue with your rental, please contact us within 7 days of your rental end date. We aim to resolve all concerns fairly and promptly.

7. No Return of Physical Products

As we are a service-based business (car rentals), the concept of returning “products” does not apply. However, we do accept the return of the rented vehicle earlier than planned (see Early Returns section above).


8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website.
